Acquisition Information
These materials were collected over the years by the staff of the Dublin Library.
Project Information
The materials represented in this project were collected over the years by the Dublin Historical Preservation Association
and form the original core of the historical materials now housed in the Dublin Heritage Museum at 7100 Donlon Way in Dublin
California. They have been digitized in order to provide broader 24/7 access to the rich historical record available on Dublin's
history for students, teachers, local historians, business people, researchers and the Dublin community.
This project was part of the California Local History Digital Resources Project (LHDRP), a multi-year program supported by
the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered
in California by the State Librarian.
The project was a partnership between the City of Dublin Heritage Center and the Dublin branch of Alameda County Library.
The Museum supplied the original photographs, the Library sent the photographs out for scanning by Northern Micrographics,
reviewed the images for quality control and created metadata for 197 items.
