Minutes from two meetings of the conference, August 15 and September 11, 1951, discussing the possible use of a television
station to education and acquisition of VHF channel 9 which the FCC had reserved for educational use. Stanford representatives
were Stanley T. Donner, Don Carlson, Fred Glover and Inez Richardson.
