materials (correspondence, memoranda, reports, articles) 1954-69; and the final report of the Committee, 1969.
Background
The Stanford-SRI Study Committee was appointed by the Stanford University president in October 1968 "to explore in detail
the relationships between Stanford University and the Stanford Research Institute (SRI)." The committee was composed of five
faculty, five students, and two members appointed by the president.
