The Golden State (built 1913; schooner, 3m) records (SAFR 16485, HDC 205) comprises one logbook, 16 messages, and five pages
of radio logs. These documents record a 1936 voyage of the GOLDEN STATE on a fishing expedition from San Francisco to the
Bering Sea, Alaska under Master T.O. Thompson and First Mate I.K. Olsen. The logbook dates span May 23 to August 22, 1936.
