    Content Description

    This collection contains one letter and one photograph from PFC Marguerita P. Moody, WAC to her cousins during the Second World War. PFC Moody served with A-900-974 WAC Detachment at Fort Slocum, New York.
    In the letter she informs her cousins, Erma and Art and their son Richard that she has recently married a soldier named Eric Leslie Moody on January 7, 1944 at the Post Chapel in Fort Slocum. Included is a photograph of the two newlyweds on a card to her cousins announcing their marriage.
