This collection consists of real estate documents, housing development brochures, local maps, sales listings, periodicals, community association documentation and correspondence collected by Newport Beach real estate developer Lars Labagnino. The documents offer insights into the 1950s Orange County real estate market and provide information regarding contemporary property values on the Southern California coast. Though these materials focus mainly on Newport Beach, they also provide some information on Costa Mesa, Corona Del Mar, Long Beach, Santa Ana, and Palm Desert.
