Scope and content:: The Flood Insurance Rate Map Collection includes more than 300 maps collected and managed by the Oviatt Map Collection to support research within the Oviatt Library. Maps detail locations from the City and County of Los Angeles, featuring both incorporated and unincorporated areas. Maps are folded to approximately 23 x 10 cm and generally include panel titles, indexes, and map keys. Scales vary.
