This collection consists of twenty-two charter from the fourteenth through the sixteenth centuries; twenty-one are on parchment scrolls and one charter is on flat parchment leaf. Written in a crabbed notarial hand, the majority are from Italy and one concerns Bergamo. The charters record alienation of property or confirmation of property rights in urban areas.
