Scope and content:

Family scenes including many photos of children, residences in the Oakland, California area, ships and shipping, logging, railroads, cyclists, picnics, Yosemite, San Francisco Bay Area and other locales in California. Some non-California views taken on trips, including Hawaii in 1892, Washington, D.C., New York City, and various places in Europe. Many images are of interest for the clothing worn by children and adults. Also includes images of tools, molds and material used in the fields of orthodontia and dentistry.
