A collection of about 1,270 postcards depicting images of the American West, Southwest, and Baja California. The collection is arranged geographically by the location represented on the postcard. Sites of interest include Ensenada, La Paz, Tijuana, Del Mar, San Diego, and Coronado.

Scope and content:

A collection of about 1,270 postcards depicting images of the southwest United States, California, and Baja California. The collection is arranged geographically by the location represented on the postcard. Sites of interest include Ensenada, La Paz, Tijuana, Del Mar, San Diego, and Coronado. The majority of the postcards date between 1900 and 1949.

Arranged in eight series: 1) MEXICO, 2) ARIZONA, 3) CALIFORNIA, 4) NEVADA, 5) NEW MEXICO, 6) MISCELLANEOUS, 7) PACIFIC OCEAN, and 8) U.S. NAVY.
