The documents come almost exclusively from Kent and involve several of the same families, tenures, towns, etc., over the space of 300 years, from approximately 1400-1800. 89 deeds, 9 conveyances, assignments, leases (one for 89 years), and mortgages. Primarily in Latin, some in English. Approximately 113 documents.
