Description
Correspondence, writings, memoranda, reports, pamphlets, other printed matter, and miscellanea, relating to American and world politics, the administrations of Herbert Hoover and Franklin D. Roosevelt, development of natural resources in the United States, national health and other social problems, the Boy Scouts of America, and the death of President Warren G. Harding. Includes papers accumulated by R. L. Wilbur as a member and officer of the Institute of Pacific Relations, relating to the study of political, social, and economic conditions in East Asia and of American foreign policy in East Asia.
