The records include correspondence, contracts, memoranda, photographs, clippings, brochures, and programs pertaining to performers in the Lively Arts series, 1972-1984.

Biographical / historical:

Lively Arts at Stanford is a yearly performance series featuring dance, music, and theater.

Acquisition information:
The records were received by the Stanford University Archives via administrative transfer from Stanford Events in 1996.
Arrangement:

The records are arranged chronologically and then alphabetically within each chronological grouping. The records from 1972 through 1978 were kept together in one grouping (Boxes 1-12), but after that each year was treated separately.
