Scope and content:

Record book containing minutes of the meeting to organize the club in January 1899 with the signatures of those in attendance (Stanford faculty, administrators, and students); minutes of two subsequent meetings in 1900 and 1901; and the constitution and by-laws. Pasted on the inside front cover is a cartoon of Prof. R. E. Allardice in golf attire, probably by George Culver.
