Album by an unidentified photographer/collector containing images of the damage from the 1906 earthquake at Stanford University and in San Francisco, with a few "before" photographs of Stanford buildings. Stanford images include Memorial Arch, Memorial Church, main quad buildings, the new gymnasium and library, museum, Encina Hall, a Chinese cook at an outdoor kitchen, and the Stanford home on campus. Also of note are images of the fault line in the surrounding hills and its effect on fences and roads. San Francisco images include one of Camp Stanford, the relief station staffed by Stanford volunteers
