Photograph album, with 16 black/white photos showing construction of the Sennar Dam, on the Blue Nile, more than 200 miles south of Khartoum, Sudan. The project began after WWI and was completed in 1926. The first leaf of the album contains an invitation from the Governor-General of the Sudan, to a Mr. Jackson, to attend the official opening of the dam on January 21, 1926.
