Abstract:
Letter (20 p.) written from Fort Douglas, Utah, 27 Sept. 1879, describes a trip taken with her husband by railroad from Ogden,
Utah, to San Francisco, and return. Letter (23 p.), 16-29 May 1892 from aboard the Steamer Mexico and from Victoria, B.C.,
describes a trip taken with her husband by ship from Port Townsend, Wash., to Alaska, and return to Seattle. With these, typed
transcripts (5 l. and 6 l.) of each letter. Also includes a copy of a typed transcript (3 l.) of her letter of 8 Sept. 1877
describing the death of Crazy Horse, and genealogical information compiled by her great nephew.
