Unzueta gives a general history and background of the Chicano art community in Santa Barbara. Murals at La Casa and S.B. City College are shown and described. Santa Barbara artists--Alvaro Suman, Edgar Jaime, Fernando Fernandez, Armando Vallejo, and Xavier Montez--are interviewed.
