Demands right to hold tribal election and take charge of all tribal affairs. Demands removal of Harold Quackenbush, federal agent. Protests creation of drainage ditch on corner of Section 14.
Offers to come back early to "start an uprising that needs investigating."

Earl Coffman to Phil Swing. States that Willie Marcus, Francisco Patencio, Albert Patencio, Baristo Sol, Adam Castillo, and Sovereinty, Tribal committee Purl Willis have been arrested for conspiracy to defraud government for embezzling funds on information obtained by Harold Quackenbush.
Guy Pinney to Earl Coffman. Asks that Colonel Thompson include Tahquitz Canyon and 10-20 acres at the hot springs for inclusion in the National Monument.
Forwards documents per Senator's request.
Secretary to the Commissioner William Brophy. Informs that Brophy is away but correspondence will be forwarded to him.
