I have just received your application for admission to the student handicap program at Cowell Hospital. I would suggest that you do the following:

1. Contact your Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
2. Submit an application to the Director of Admissions, University of California. The Director of Admissions will determine your admissibility to the University from an academic standpoint.
3. Contact the Department of Social Welfare and inform them on what you intend to do.

These arrangements take some time and if you plan to enter the University this fall I would suggest that you write to the Director of Admissions as soon as possible. Please contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
