Biography
Billingsley received his BA in Law from the State University of Iowa in 1875; married to Eleanor Patterson Billingsley; eventually
located in Orange, California, where he practiced law and participated in other business ventures including the Orange Auto
Power Company.

Collection consists of correspondence, ephemera, and memorabilia of Ray Billingsley.
