AFEs include costs and descriptions of the types of betterments or improvements for ice plants and docks and other facilities at the following locations: California: Brawley, Colton, Los Angeles, Portola, Roseville; Nevada: Carlin, Las Vegas, Moapa; Idaho: Nampa; Utah: Milford; Oregon: North Powder.
