This collection consists of documents created and accumulated by Aleksei Aleksandrovich Fon-Lampe relating to operations of the offices of the Russian Military Agent in Germany and the Russian Military Representative to Hungary, Russian counterrevolutionary activities, political events in Russia, and activities of Russian civilians and military personnel in Europe.
