San Diego railroad documents, MSS 0324. Mandeville Special Collections Library, UCSD.
Business documents from three San Diego railroad companies. From the San Diego, Cuyamaca
& Eastern Railway Company: 1890 loan request documents signed by secretary and treasurer
T.J. Daley and a book of carbon copies of general manager E.A. Hornbeck's letters dated
1908-1909 and primarily addressed to C.L. Bundy. From the San Diego & South Eastern
Railway Company: five annual travel passes for 1917, a carbon copy of "Articles of
Incorporation and Consolidation of the San Diego & South Eastern Railway Company" (Feb.
1912), and a carbon copy of "By-laws of the San Diego & South Eastern Railway Company"
(March 1912). From the San Diego and Arizona Railway Company: "Copy--Estimated Cost of
Completing San Diego and Arizona Railway Ready for Operation on Lines Suggested" (rev. 20
July 1916) and fifteen completed instances of "trainmen's daily time slip" (Feb. 1926).
