The collection consists of architectural drawings relating to both student and professional projects.
James D. Wickenden practiced architecture in Northern California after graduating from UC Berkeley's school of architecture in 1925. He worked as a draftsman in Clarence Tantau's office for the early part of his career, possibly while he was still in school. He resided in Berkeley, California.
All requests for permission to publish, reproduce, or quote from materials in the collection should be discussed with the Curator.
