Scope and Content of Collection
Election campaign literature, pamphlets, serial issues, electronic bulletins, other printed matter, and video tapes, relating
to elections and to political, social and economic conditions in Azerbaijan.
An increment received in 2011 includes leaflets, pamphlets, posters, and other ephemera documenting the controversial 2010
parliamentary elections, featuring materials from the leading competing parties and their candidates. The elections were preceded
by a law limiting the campaign length, widely perceived as favoring the incumbents.
