American foreign policy, and to the Communist Party of India and its leader M. N. Roy. In part used as research material for
the book by Gene D. Overstreet and Marshall Windmiller, Communism in India (Berkeley, 1959). Includes correspondence with
Prince Norodom Sihanouk relating to Cambodian history and foreign policy.
