Norman Mailer and Lawrence Schiller published the book,
Marilyn Pictures by the World's Foremost Photographers, ca. 1973. The collection consists of a set of original photographic art prints (oversize and poster size) of Marilyn Monroe
as displayed in Peri's Pictures' Marilyn Monroe Exhibition.
Background
Norman Mailer and Lawrence Schiller published the book, Marilyn: Pictures by the World's Foremost Photographers, ca. 1973. To promote the publication, photographs were generated from the book and used in three exhibitions titled, Marilyn Monroe: The Legend, The Truth. Peri's Pictures acquired the exhibits' photographs which were displayed at Peri's Santa Monica Gallery under the title,
Marilyn Monroe Exhibition (ca. 1970s-1980s).

Property rights to the physical object belong to the UCLA Library,
Performing Arts Special Collections. Literary rights, including copyright,
are retained by the creators and their heirs. It is the responsibility of

Regents do not hold the copyright.
