- 1. Legislation, which includes information on California smoking/tobacco legislation focusing primarily on Proposition 99 challenges and reauthorization, local (San Francisco) legislation, national legislation, and legislation in other states (arranged alphabetically by state).
- 2. Lawsuits, which include information on a variety of legal actions around smoking including smoking liability suits, nonsmokers rights, children's television, and ADA challenges.
- 3. Newsletters, which contain scattered issues of newsletters from a number of anti-smoking organizations. These are organized as follows: national organizations first, then by state, international organizations, then by region and country within region.
