This is a collection of director / actor Jim Tartan's public service short films. Of particular interest are his films: Murals of Aztlan and his documentary of the arts group Los Four.

James Tartan has been a staple for years as an actor in televison dramatic series as well as a producer director of short films and Public Service Announcements.
