Biography
William D. Gordon was born ca. 1918. He started his career as a radio writer (1936). He directed the first live television
shows for the Mutual Don Lee Network (1939). He directed, produced, or wrote on numerous television shows including
The Outlaws,
Alisas Smith and Jones,
Petrocelli,
The bold one,
Queen for a day,
Bonanza,
Ironside,
Maverick,
Chips, and
Twelve o'clock high. Geller died in August, 1991 in Thousand Oaks, CA.
