Abstract: The Macomber family of race horse breeders and ranchers lived in Los Angeles, Tulare and San Jose, California. The collection
consists of photographs, ephemera, an album, and a catalog relating to the horse breeding and ranching interests of the Macomber
family: A.K. Macomber, John Kingsley Macomber, and Dr. Henry Macomber.

Pacheco Creek, a photograph album of a French chateau with racing stables, photographs of horses and an auction catalog for
the disposal of H.J. Macomber's racing stable.
