Abstract: Video- and audiotapes of a conference on innovative writing by American women. Organized by Fanny Howe and Rae Armantrout,
the conference took place on March 5-6, 1999 at UCSD.
The audiotapes include the entire conference proceedings, including poetry readings by Maureen Owen and Bernadette Mayer and
ample audience discussion.
The videotapes are lacking Mary Margaret Sloan's presentation, as well as the poetry readings by Owen and Mayer and portions
of the audience discussion.
