Description of the Collection
The records include correspondence, reports, memoranda, and minutes largely pertaining to buildings, budgets, and facilities
issues such as air quality and seismic refitting, with some files pertaining to personnel policies and issues. Many of these
files were kept by Ray Bacchetti. In addition there are some files kept by Fernando de Necochea pertaining to El Centro Chicano,
the Chicano Fellows Program, and Chicano research.
