Media types include floppy discs, compact discs, and cassette tapes. Dates noted are dates of the backup occurrence, not the original file creation date. Many files are Adobe Photoshop files. More than likely this data is represented in the published materials. Diary entries found on the electronic media were printed and added to the diary series if not represented in hardcopy form.
This series is restricted. Files that could be opened were transferred and retained on the SAFR Digital Preservation Server. Approximately 10 GB of files (11,370 files of multiple types) have been transferred and will need preservation maintenance before they can be accessed for research. Cassette tapes need to be migrated to a digital format and reviewed before they can be accessed for research.
