Historical Note:
The San Diego Monthly Meeting of Friends had its beginnings in the home of S.L. and Ella K. Ward at 858 Front Street, on February
28, 1900, as an outgrowth of meetings held in the Roxbury Building, San Diego.
San Diego Friends Church is a member of the California Yearly Meeting, the Friends United Meeting, and the San Diego County
Association of Evangelical Churches. Through missionary offerings the church actively supports Friends mission work in Guatemala,
Honduras, and Alaska.
