Series 1 contains records of campus ministry activities and is divided into five subseries: administrative records Southern California, California State University at Fullerton, California State University at Los Angeles, student issues; Southern California and national organizations; and educational issues.

Scope and Content Note

Administrative Records, Southern California. These include the official minute books of the Westminster Foundation of Southern California, a Presbyterian foundation supporting campus ministries in state and city supported post-secondary schools, and United Ministries in Higher Education in Southern California (first meeting held Oct 15, 1966), an ecumenical nonprofit corporation that included United Church of Christ, Christian Churches (Disciples of Christ), United Presbyterian Church, later the Church of Brethren, and other communions.
