the pioneers of food consulting and an expert on the food industry, particularly turkey and stuffing. He founded a full- service
public relations and advertising firm, Lee & Associates, Inc., and its food and beverage division, Western Research Kitchens,
in 1950. His agency was recently named as one of the top agencies in the country that specializes in food and beverage clients.
