This series consists of 121 posters in six portfolio cartons, three roll containers of oversize posters from the European
tour, and two duplicate slide sets. These are housed in the UCSB Library Annex. El Teatro Campesino's history can be traced

This is an offset announcement poster for a a cultural festival honoring El Teatro Campesino. In the middle is a depiction
of a bird with a purple head and teal, gold, and read feathers. The teal text in the lower center of the poster reads, "Gilroy

This is a silkscreen poster depicting the night life of farmers. There are black and white colored farmers in the foreground
dancing, and one is playing the flute. They are set under a black night sky with a blue and teal shooting star. Also in the
sky are the sun, the moon, a bird, different galaxies, and several of the astrological constellations. The text at the top

on November 19, 1988. The center of the poster consists of a brown image of a man and woman embracing, in the background a
skeleton plays a guitar. The center image is bordered on all sides with Aztec symbols. The poster announces three films played
at the festival by Luis Valdez, "El Corrido," "Zoot Suit," and "El Teatro Campesino (The first 25 years, Evolution of America's

This is an offset poster for the play "Dog Lady" held on August 20, 1988 at El Teatro Campesino. On the top of the poster
it reads, "A benefit showing for the United Foods Cannery Workers of Salinas and Modesto Locals 890 and 748 who were on strike
for over a year." The poster depicts an orange image of a woman and two dogs running, with a burgundy background. The ground
is painted black with a shadow of one dog painted white. On the bottom of the poster it reads, "A one-act play about an East
Los Angeles Chicana who struggles to run the marathon with the support of her community."
