Records include complete case files from three individual studies at Alameda High School in Alameda, CA, MR Trace Elementary School in San Jose, CA, and Jordan Junior High School in Palo Alto, CA; summary folders from all other cases; and general administrative files.

The Stanford Consultation Services, under the direction of Education Professor Robert N. Bush, conducted case studies of teachers and administrators in selected school systems in California, Colorado, Washington, and Australia. Evaluation and rating forms were filled out by students and colleagues of the individual being studied.
