Scope and content:

One scrapbook containing newspaper clippings, letters and photographs pertaining to the International Earth Ceremony held at the Hollywood Bowl in August, 1950. For the ceremony, people brought soil from important music centers in 19 nations and combined the soil at the Hollywood Bowl.
