The Richard B. Glickman collection spans the years 1961-1985 and encompasses approximately 13 linear
feet. The collection consists of lighting equipment catalogs, manuals, and journals.
Richard B. Glickman began his film career in 1959 as chief engineer of ColorTran Industries and in
1971 became an independent consulting engineer. Glickman was honored by the Academy with a Technical
Achievement Award in 1964 and the John A. Bonner Medal of Commendation in 2003.
