These confidential materials from the 2015-2016 Presidential Search Process are to be made available to the authorized staff
for the next search, at whatever time that happens. The purpose of making this available is to help the next staff team benefit
from the planning and execution of this search, whether or not a future search committee decides to adopt our processes.
These archived files are to be made available to the individual who is appointed the Executive Vice Chair of the Search Committee.
This is a staff position (as opposed to a voting member of the committee). This individual, along with a staff director,
will be charged with managing the processes for the search in collaboration with the chair and deputy chair.
