MorningStar Ministries was founded by Rick Joyner and his wife Julie and 1985. The ministry is currently a center for the
River church movement. The ministry is located on the old Heritage USA property built by Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker. The collection
consists of books, CDs/DVDs, bulletins, flyers, conference information, and other handouts collected from MorningStar in Fort
Mill, South Carolina. Many of the materials in the collection were published by MorningStar pastors or staff, and the collection
includes other books and materials by frequent guest speakers. MorningStar holds as many as a dozen conferences a year, and
conference sets as well as teaching series are included in the collection, in addition to informational handouts, conference
flyers, and bulletins from the church. MorningStar’s periodicals, including the
Morning Star Prophetic Bulletin, the Morning Star Journal, MorningStar Partners, and
MorningStar Strategic Team, are catalogued in the Archived Periodicals of the David Allan Hubbard Library.
