Collection includes materials that document the field of Precision Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco.
Background
Precision medicine is a new approach to medical care, characterized by utilizing data from the human genome and the molecular basis of disease, environmental factors, and patient electronic medical records. This model aims to make medical care predictive, preventative and precise.
