Title:
Linthcome killing. Skid marks visible in the 1969 pavement show how the police car occupied by patrolmen Roberts and Faust
slid to the curb at a 45 degree angle, in pursuit of Alvert Joe Linthcome. Linthcome ran into the record shop (door to right
of Huey Newton poster,) and leaned against a counter some three to four feet inside the door. The measured distance from the
spot where Linthcome was standing according to witnesses to the inside, or right, end of skid mark is 37 feet. To outside,
or left, skid mark, it is 43 feet. The officer emerged from the car from the passenger side. The distance from the "victim"
to the curb on an angle toward the skid marks is 30 feet.
