Received pass took a stroll through the City returned to Hospital at 1 a.m. received a good cheerful long letter from my Judie,
in the evening answered some and sent [illegible] paper. Waverly and Bridge of pure. Beautiful day.
A very fine day received a good letter from my mother answered the same. Also wrote cousin Johnathan with 179th N.Y.C. Co.
