A very beautiful day, in the afternoon received a good letter from Judie, answered the same in the evening also wrote to my
friend H.M. [illegible] of Rochester.
[illegible] cool morning wrote a letter to my mother. No news from home this morning, in the afternoon recieved a letter from
Sergs Pitcher of Bongor, Marine, also wrote in answer to same person.
