Stanton General Hospital. A really splendid day. The day we celebrate in honor of the birth of the immortal Washingon. At
work on my press and at the case worked off 150 copies of ENdorsement Blanks. Received a good but short letter (12) 13 from
my Betrothed [illegible] me. full of tenderness and love. and fun. also a good letter from my friends came schoolmate (3)
E. Hedges of Rochester. No letter written today. Feel much better than yesterday. A division of the S. of 7. instituted this
evening. Am a member myself. 7 W. [illegible]- "sustain the weak."
