A several page brochure, possible removed from a magazine, advertising a new subdivision called La Mesa Miravilla, the crowning
glory of Beaumont Valley. The advertisement was produced by the Beaumont Land and Water Co., and published in approximately
Jan-Feb of 1909. The population, schools, churches, and other buildings and prominent businesses are listed. The advantage
of having a good water supply and system is promised, especially important since Beaumont produce and crops are it’s natural
endowments. Roadways, the spectacular views, and the overall prosperity of the town is shown to be desirable and favorable.
